Repeated Wall Bud (Taliyah)

I'll try to get a video later.

I was playing with Taliyah and I'd double tap R hoping to build a wall and surf on it.

Only the build part would happen. Taliyah would stand at the origin of the wall and be unresponsive for a second or two. Sometimes I would appear to be stuck inside the beginning of the wall itself, and could not move until dropping it (even in cases where no other terrain was around me).
