Yasuo E not working for last 15 of my friends last game

If you go to replay.gg, and watch the last 15 minutes or so, of my friends last game (morbid242) you'll see that he is unable to dash through the enemy minions, monsters, or champions as Yasuo. this bug ruined his ranked game, and made him unable to win the game, because he couldn't dash through the enemy and knock-up their carry. Please fix this immediately riot, because all that happened, was he got stunned mid e, and then couldn't use it ever again
