Ivern's passive had to be used twice on raptors before I could smite

played an Ivern game and went to take the enemy raptors. it made me use my passive 2 times on the camp before it allowed me to interact with it (with either smite of just 'freeing' them. you can see in the video it channels the passive and drops my health/mana bars twice before i can smite the camp.

i have absolutely no idea why this happened. the only thing i can possibly think of is that i know i clicked one of the small raptors on the first time making the grove, and that somehow that might have not triggered the passive on the full camp or something.

edit: this could be a pretty big bug for ivern if it happens in his first clear before he actually has a large enough health/mana pool to consistently farm.

anyone else ever had this issue?
