Blue abilities?

I have been playing this game for around a year or so but my last Twisted Fate game I got a bug where every single ability in the game was blue. I haven't really seen this bug much (very little) and I didn't know how to deal with it. As you may know playing Twisted fate will all your cards appearing as blue is pretty difficult to say the least. Even if you look at the bar below you, you still won't be able to look at what's happening in your lane. I assume it doesn't have anything to do with 4.20 so how do I fix it if it does show up?
