[Gameplay]Viktor's Laser can't be cast with certain Quick Cast settings.Probably effects Rumble ult

I don't have the game installed on this computer, so I apologize for not being able to give the exact names of settings.

I always play with Quick Cast on, but with the "hold button for range indicators" options on as well. With champion abilities like Ziggs's Bouncing Bomb I hold the button and see the circular range indicator. With champion abilities like Xerath's Q, the ability just starts going like normal and I release to fire.

The problem is with Viktor's Laser (and I'm fairly certain Rumble's ult, although I don't own Rumble). I press E and hold it to I see a circle where the laser can start. I then click the mouse and see the direction the laser will go. I move my mouse and release it, but it doesn't fire. When I disable Quick Cast on E, the ability works in exactly that manner, so it's some sort of conflict between the Show Range Indicators options and the Targeting system.

Every time I've gone to play Viktor I have hit this bug, usually while standing on the opposite side of the wall from the Jungler and with them wondering why I'm not helping them take the buff.

If you use quick cast, abilities like Victor's (E) Death Ray and Rumble's Ultimate cancel when you right or left mouse click; these 2 abilities are unique in this way because the double input required. You simply press and hold E with your mouse already at the starting point you want, then move your mouse in the appropriate direction then release E. If you click your mouse, the ability cancels. Clicking the mouse is not part of the activation. Tapping E without moving your mouse will make Victor (or Rumble) cast starting where your mouse was, outwards.
