[GAMEPLAY] Ornn's Masterwork Upgrades in shop, even though there's no Ornn

My game had no one playing Ornn at all, yet as I opened the shop, there's the option to purchase Ornn's Upgrades. I picked Sejuani Top for this match, and I'm unsure if that weird pick somehow procs the problem.

I'll just list out my own views & process on having this appearing:

1. Pick Sejuani (not jungle, so No Smites).
2. Open shop.
3. Ornn's upgrades appeared even though no one's playing Ornn.
