I can't seem to spectate anything, from the diamond ranked matches to my friends matches. Can anyone else spectate?

I am unable to spectate as well, it goes to loading screen and then I get an error about not being able to connect to the spectator server. Sometimes it gets me in but then everyone freezes. Super annoying as I would LOVE to be able to spectate games

Cant spectate games here either, hope Rito fixes this sometime soon.
