Bring back this variation of Teambuilder (Normal team builder) Because of a few reasons:

1. what if i wanted to just play a certain champion casually or practice said champion before heading balls-deep into ranked? There is an off-chance that a champion that I want to play, will be banned (High or low depending on the champion in question). Even if i did get my roll in a normal draft, I might want to play a certain champion, and that champion may be banned due to reasons (new players thinking that champion is OP, the champion in question has a low-win rate, etc).
2. It creates really weird builds and allows players a little more creativity (As seen in the video given, but for better examples, look up Uberdanger)
3. Casual players can play without having to call for a roll in, let's say, a 5 second frame because some guy might also want that same roll, or champion for that matter, while doing blind pick.
4. I can dodge a lobby without having a 5 minute penalty. If the lobby doesn't look right to my eyes (let's say a toxic player) Then i can just leave and not have any penalty for it. That was a really good feature I saw, you can just leave if you don't like what's going on in that lobby, without having any sort of penalties.

This version of teambuilder was an excellent addition to the Game and, to this day, i see no reason why riot removed it in the first place, other than maybe the game can't handle the new ranked system (You selecting your prefered rolls).
