Missing capsule rewards?

I didn't think too much about it when it happened. I opened up an honor capsule that was supposed to give me Twitch and medieval Twitch, but I didn't actually get the shards. At first I thought I wasn't looking for them hard enough, but there's not really much place to look. Just now though, I opened up a level up capsule, and it gave me an Olaf shard, an Annie shard, and 90 essence. I found these in the places that I expected to find them. Is this a bug? I seem to have not gotten the Twitch items. I don't really care if I get these items back, as I don't really like Twitch, but I'm curious if this has happened to anyone else.
