Akali's ult and her twilight shroud with frost queen's claim

So when I was playing Akali, someone launched the frost queen's claim active, but what happened was that the active ghosts would not touch me, but follow me around. I don't know if this was an intended glitch, but it's one most people got a good laugh out of.

Also, her ult speed seems the same. Back in patch 6.3, you guys buffed Akali's ult speed. However, on numerous forums, such as Reddit, etc. People have been complaining about how they tested the ult speed with the 6.2, and there was no difference. I also have noticed that there isn't any difference in the ult missile speed. Some guy on Reddit said to test her ult speed at 5000 to see if it made a difference.

The increase in missile speed does make some difference, its mainly being affected by a collision bug actually, because there are so many places a target can stand behind a wall, turret, etc, this slows down the dash. But if you dash like to a minion that's free of walls, then the dash speed is noticeable, otherwise it's not.

The FQC interaction with shroud is intended, Akali is stealthed so the ghosts don't know where to hit, but they are kinda like heat-seekers, so in that sense they are like the red trinkets in how they reveal your last position in shroud.
