(Spectate)(Visual Only)(E Sports) Jhin Ultimate On/Off Indicator in Spectate Mode

Was spectating a few games with Jhin in them when I noticed that Jhin's ultimate doesn't countdown in spectate mode. After Jhin used the shots of his Ultimate ( 3 or 4, 1 and 2 it would do the countdown) his ultimate would go on cooldown (whether he canceled early or not) and would always show as on full cooldown.

Again this is just a Visual only bug, it has no impact on performance of the game.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spectate a game with Jhin in it.
2. Have Jhin use his ultimate for 3 or 4 shots
3. Notice.

Expected Result: Jhin's ultimate should count down to when his ultimate is off cooldown.

Actual Result: Jhin's ultimate would not show the countdown if he shot 3 or 4 bullets.
