temmo q sound bug

teemo q blinding dart sound of the shot being fired comes about half a second before the shot actually fires. if you e as fizz when you hear the sound the ability does not go on cd and stops as not fired.

also fizz's w passive is not applied despite not being an on hit effect and being seperate for the auto attack damage.

the blind also negates 100% of fizz's q damage instead of only the auto attack one.
