FPS issues on new SR

As an owner of a Toaster, I was afraid when they said they were re doing SR. I then go super excited when they said that the new map would bump up my fps... IT DIDN'T. I went into a bot game as soon as it went live just to test and check it out (lee sin solo bot apparently), and my game was awful. While I ultimately got uber fed anyway, because beginner bots literally give away kills, it was far from a stable experience. HEAVY frame drops, game jumping around, and generally being nearly unplayable. If this doesn't get fixed, I might have to quit league once this hits all the areas, as I cannot play this. Please Rito, fix this crap.

That's strange. I'm getting an improvement. Let them know what specific processors and graphics cards you're using so they can fix the problem, and of course make sure drivers are up to date.

At this point it's most likely an optimization issue effecting very specific hardware. Riot is likely to ask for dxdiag from you guys to help solve this. If you want, you can attach that to your posts here. To get it, hit windows-R and then type "dxdiag" then click on the bottom of the window that appears "Save all information". Attach the file it saves to your post. Best of luck!

I am having the same issue, and I am not running on a toaster but a microwave with a quad cpu, 4g ram, and a 1 gig gpu. OG SR i was able to run a solid 60 and maybe a small drop in 5v5 teams fights but that was it, now when I try'd to just clean up a lane with maybe 15 CS, my game dropped between 2-5 frames. I try'd running no shadows, anti alias is off, aswell as v-sync. Also before I run the game I check my CPU/RAM usage and before the game starts i'm at 2-4% CPU usage and maybe 15% RAM usage. So i'm completely lost here. Can we get some help here?

running on a gaming laptop my fps was about 40 to 60 but i tried the new rift and it never got above 21 fps and dropped to 9 or lower when i got into combat. im running on a asus rog g750 and never had any issues before this.

Yeah, I'm coming here for the same issue. I was all hyped to try out the new map, but once I got in game my frames just tanked. I can play normal SR with a steady 40 fps on low, but in the new SR I get a steady 20 frames, followed by random drops to the single digits. Now obviously I play on a toaster, but we were told toasters would run the same, if not better with the new map. And from what I have seen, just about every other low end pc user has experienced a decline in performance. Please fix this one riot, I don't want to have to quit because of my frame rate. Playing with 30-40 frames is already a challenge, if the new map can't at least get this pc that much ( which you guys said it would be able to), I might have to take a break until I can upgrade.

well in term of number my fps didnt change.. but i really see a difference in term of gameplay. I do have some issues with frame lag even in my indicator stand above 60
