champ select summoner spell select bug

so i was just in a normal draft champ select screen selecting my champ, i was chosing my champion (shaco) and my summoners teleport and ignite

i got kicked out of que for an error selecting summoner spells when i tried to change my second summoner which was exhaust into ignite and now i have the Qdodge penalty.

please fix this from happening again. i can give further details if need be but this occurded at about 9:47am Pacific Time Zone

just thought i would inform you so your teck team can look into this bug and prevent it from happening again
