Nunu Gamebreaking Bug

He's literally pure invisible.

This isn't the first nor will it be the last clip made public of Nunu being ENTIRELY INVISIBLE while ganking. Not even like he's stealthed. In this, you even see minions take damage from his snowball, but neither he nor his health bar are visible until after the knockup is done. Riot, why is there nothing being said about this? Why is Nunu not disabled? This is LITERALLY gamebreaking. This is old Evelynn passive through a bug. It's been like this since Nunu got released. Hello????
