I BROKE URF?

Mkay, I was playing a game of URF on a different account as . I got killed by either or , forgot which. Or was it ? Anyways, I was on the death screen and I was bored, since I had a 55 (?) seconds death time. I spammed all my abilities knowing they wouldn't do anything. I accidentally pressed R on respawn and it went on cooldown. The timer displays... 2 minutes. 2 whole minutes. I moused over Crescendo (R). 24 seconds cooldown. So where did the 2 minutes came from? I had to wait 2 minutes for my ulti to come back. I took a picture with my phone but its so bright I can't even see whats on the photo. RITO WTF?
