Ult pets' cooldown don't get reduced by presence of mind

The abilities start their own internal cooldown because when the pet dies they will have lower cooldown than their max. Presence of Mind doesn't look at this internal cooldown but only at the outside version that makes them control the pet, so it's considered as if they're not on cooldown, and so nothing get reduced by presence of mind.

Reproduction: Max cooldown = 120 After 20 seconds you use ult and kill someone, the pet then dies Expected cooldown: 88 Real cooldown: 100
