can't queue dodge / change runes after hotfix

anyone else have the same issue after the recent hotfix? i queue dodged because i didn't want to play fizz and went to watch a tv show came back and noticed i was in a game.. i exited my client at 40 seconds.

i also noticed that i couldn't change my runepage it forced me to use press the attack on fizz and cho (another game where i queue dodged but noticed sooner but still got a second leaver.. and won the game)

this is outrageous how i have to suffer because of your random hotfixes.. i killed people as soon as i connected and still get punished for a game i shouldn't have been in the first place..
