[GAMEPLAY] Again, Sion's Q & R being uncastable

I was practicing Sion in a custom games, just to get his combos right and stuff before attempting him into normals, and after I used my ult onto 2 bots, my Q somehow got deactivated, as in I can't use that move anymore, same goes for my ult after cooldowns.

However, this is not the first time I have encountered this, as this problem has been going on for more than 2 patches. Why has Riot been always ignoring Sion's Q & R bugs here?

I don't know if this is any use, but better than nothing. Maybe Rito Technical Teams can use this to solve Sion's bugs? I dunno.
