Riot Robbed My Friend
So nothing really serious happened, but a few days ago my friend noticed that his URF ward was completely gone. He wasn't able to select or use it even though it said he bought it. Has this happened to anyone else?

There's currently a bug with some wards (you'll see them with strange names in the store or in Hextech Crafting) that results in them not appearing on your ward list. There is currently no ETA on the fix, but they still exist on the account and will reappear when Riot can fix it.
on and off bug over the last few patches. Annoying but you can still access them occasionally.
