[CLIENT] Unable to "lock in" champion

I rely wish I could provide some specifics on what might be causing the issue, but most of the time champion select works as expected, but occasionally (less than 50% of the time, but still a non-negligible percent of the time) the "lock in" champion button is just greyed out and I have to wait on my timer to expire instead.

It's not really a massive issue, but it's a tad bit annoying
