Rabudons Not Giving Extra Ap
Was playing Nunu and saw the item didnt give me any extra ap :(

It does if you calculate it. An easy way to see it, buy another AP item and look at your new AP - it will be increased by the amount of that item + 30% of that value.
Just a display bug.
