Support Unicode characters in client interface.

I would like to request for support of Unicode characters in naming of my runes & masteries pages. AFAIK, the rune pages accept non Latin characters in edit & showing in drop down during champ select screen. However, the font in runes pages (via user profile) used cannot display that, which the names of rune pages will be Latin characters minus non-Latin ones. For masteries pages are just not accepting, which all non-Latin characters are gone once you press enter key after editing.

I understand may be you don't encourage people communicate in game with their mother language, but I hope you could consider to let user manage their names of runes & masteries pages in their preferred languages.

PS If you let us display Unicode characters in game chat it would be perfect. Would you please test that on PBE by change the in game chat font into something covers Unicode code range?
