[gameplay] Teemo's 1st AA from stealth state can't be done in 1 right-click.

Description of problem:

• Teemo's right click on minions during stealth state aren't attacking them.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

• Latest accessed on 12 Jul 2016.

How reproducible:

• Always.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start a normal SR game with teemo (I picked Omega Teemo skin).
2. In laning stage, go into stealth outside the bush.
3. Right click the minion in order to last hit a minion within range.
4. Observe.

Actual results:

• Teemo expose from stealth by moving, but not hitting the minion for last hit (or delayed?).

Expected results:

• Teemo expose from stealth at the last location, and hit the minion immediately which last hit can be done perfectly in 1 right click.

Additional info:

• Currently for a successful last hit, I either need to keep moving to stay non-stealth or double click on minion in order to last hit.
