Champion Selection doesn't remember my last used skin.

Reproduction Procedures:

1. Go in champion selection screen (especially the new one).
2. Select a champion with one or more skins owned.
3. Select any skin.
4. End a match.
5. Go in champion selection screen of a new match.
6. Select previous champion as 2.
7. Check the results.

Expect results:

• The last used skin is selected by default.

Observed results:

• The last used skin before the patch of "new champion selection" is selected by default, in my case, Goth Annie was pre-selected no matter how many times of Annie match with Panda Annie skin been done.
