Getting stuck on obsolete champs and flags

I'm not saying shaco is obsolete, i love playing as him, but in aram the shaco on the opposing team died at my feet, but when i tried to walk anywhere, i was just running in place. In a different game in aram i was trying to attack the enemy team, but a jarvan flag trapped me against the turret, but it didn't trap me for the entire duration of the flag
