Champion Select: Chroma's missing after 5.13

I own Pool Party Leona Dawn and Rocket Girl Tristana Punk packs and yet when I play these champions the Chroma display is missing from the Champion select screen. I've also noticed they are missing on all the rest of the champs (even though I don't own them) I don't see the Selection squares like I used too.
