LEE SIN SAFEGUARD QUICK + SELF CAST STILL BROKEN

Really riot, this has been broken forever. (clicking on no target does not self cast w) I know it was pointed out in the patch notes, but it's not like that means anything when they don't actually fix it. I know it's a very niche bug, but it's so frustrating because it was working fine and then somehow they do something that breaks it yet don't seem to actually care about fixing it. It's ridiculous to switch my settings every time I want to play a certain champion, just fix it.
