[Client] Key fragments not actually being given

Got a notification that I got a key fragment, go to unlock my chest... and it says I've only got 2 fragments. I was certain I had 2 before I logged out last time, but oh well, I must be mistaken.

Get another notification that I got a key fragment. Knowing for certain I've already got 2 key fragments, I go to unlock my chest and... still two key fragments...

I'm owed two key fragments at this point, and will probably put in a support ticket for that, but right now you're just not getting them.
