League of Legends bugsplats on startup, cannot uninstall

The literal second I click on the LoL icon on my desktop, the bugsplat dialogue comes up to tell me that the launcher has failed. I attempted to uninstall the game, but my computer is apparently incapable of doing that either. I'm at a loss for ideas. Anyone have a problem similar to this/knows a way to fix it?

I would suggest deleting the Riot Games folder and everything in it, and then re-downloading the game from their site.
