Client Bug-Champ Select Never Shows Up

I've done Everything bar hacking the game at this point, and i'm re-downloading it now.

If this doesn't work, then I'm asking for a manual fix for this by altering game files. This is day 2 of the occurence

I've Been In Curse calls with people, and they get into queue just fine, but I'm not connected, thing is, i KNOW it's not my internet due to the fact it's a wired connection, and the fact that I was able to play in the same patch, and it just started randomly.

I'm getting 9000+ kbps in the patching window, so it's not that.
