League Hard Freeze; No Errror

For the first time in a long time my League decided to hard freeze (no error code or anything) during the loading process of a game.

It got to 100% and just sat there for probably a good few minutes, the match never loaded in or anything. Bonus points, this was one of my promo matches...fun.

Had to force shutdown my pc cause not even task manager would end League.
