Champion Select Stuck at 0 Seconds

My champion select freezes at 0 seconds and does not progress. Then I miss my champion select and it counts as a dodge with timer penalty.

The bug appears to be related to Chrome web browser. If I close all my Chrome browser I have never gotten the bug... but if I forget and have Chrome active then it can occur intermittently (maybe 1 in 10 games).

I’ve also had this happened and it sucks, I don’t think it’s linked to anything because I ran league with no extra programs and it still happens occasionally
