minion ai stops

its very rare, but every now and then a minion will kinda just... stop. just sit somewhere and not move or attack. this isnt a huge thing. ive noticed it twice in 10 hours, still thought it was worth mentioning.

I think 1 time it was stuck on a turret. it stopped in mid lane in the space between the turret and the wall closest to the turret, so it might have been related to the hitboxes.

I have noticed this in pretty much every single one of my Bot games and about 10% of my ARAM games (minions die so much quicker in ARAM could be). However, it seems linked to a particular minion on the opposing side. They seem to reawaken once it dies.
