Ranked Queue - Being a jerk

Okay. Queue up for a ranked game, and get to champion select. Start picking and banning, chit chatting with the rest of the team.... annnnd it returns me to lobby. I assume someone has dodged, until I notice that I have the 5min lockout timer.

Incidentally, yesterday this happened 3-4 times before I simply didn't want to wait on the timer any longer and went to do something else.

Why is the queue just dropping me back into the lobby, and then telling me that -I- dodged?
