So I'm definetly not the only one to have noticed(lots of people in my games have said the same thing),AND I'm suspecting RITO to be well aware of it as they have named it FIRST STRIKE. The issue defenetly happens with Yi I'm most certain of it, They actually deal damage before the attack animation goes on, thus the FIRST STRIKE name. It became Obvious to me as for the first game i was agaisnt a project Yi, I activated my tiamat for extra burst agaisnt him and yet the animation showed the damage didnt occur and I died before getting hit by the basic attack that killed me. Yi get super fast attack speed I do get it, but to the point of getting damage before the animation is trigger is a BIG GAME BREAKING EVENT. Every body feel free to help with this tread I'm definetly not the only one that have noticed.

This bring me to PBE, I think there are too many ''BRFRESC's'' out there on the PBE that actually use PBE accounts just to show off with out really testing anything in depth. My best advice is that you should kick anyone out of PBE that hasnt repported a single bug/glitch/exploit within a certain time frame. There are lots of people out there that would really enjoy helping out in the testing.

Also there's a black market for PBE account which make no sense and I wish you could make something about it, Just like you did for the black market of BOTED account(mass bans in January), I'm glad you took another step into action with the End OF REFFER A FRIEND PROGRAM( which was the direct cause of all those bots). Like having to sustain all those bots on your server definetly had to cost you alot of money and also probably made you loose a lot ( Free RP = No RP buying from those people)

Thanks to all for reading and plz comment on this

Rito, fix this, plain and simple. The game was free and now its like a "Paid to win" game. if it's like that I feel like alot of the player base who are to poor to pay for those nice looking skins will be the first to drop out of the game and not come back for a while/ if ever. If this is results of the poor testing in the PBE, I second the notion to ban the ones who wont report bugs or issues. The game should not be like Magic the Gathering, no offense, but this will be an increasing problem till you start at the base of the problem. Once the base is settled then the rest should fix itself, It's like Riot is trying to rush skins/items/champions that aren't fully tested like a rushed game.
