[Gameplay / Tool tip] Hunter's potion refills on Champ kills

Tool tip reads: Killing a large monster grants 1 charge

On Champ kills (I don't think I got any on assists), I get 1 charge of the potion refilled. You can check the game I just finished @ 11:57 am EST, 20-Feb-2016 as Amumu.

Repro:

1. Buy hunters potion
2. Use a charge
3. Kill an enemy champ
