Quinn/Dargon bug
Whenever fighting dargon with Quinn, her passive doesn't go off on it until you e it, then it starts popping up on it

Not sure if it is a bug or just forgotten coding on riots part, but the passive won't register the dragon until you are inside the pit, being outside will not trigger Harrier. This is the same for Baron too.
I have found out why this happens, since the monsters are neutral, Quinn's passive doesn't proc on them unless she is in the attack range after she uses her e since her e doesn't go to max attack range, but it's close. So, to get it to proc, move a little closer than max attack range
