[Gameplay] Kog'Maw and Cull

Basic description: When Kog'Maw dies and goes into his Ithacan surprise form if he kills a minion with his explosion in Ithacan Surprise it does not count towards a Cull stack. EX: I have X stacks on Cull in lane. I die as Kog'Maw and run to a minion to kill it with my explosion. When I kill the minion the minion kill doesn't count towards a Cull stack. How to reproduce bug: 1: Be Kog'Maw 1.5: Buy Cull 2: Die 3: Kill minion How often this happens: This happens once every 2 or 3 games. It's not a common bug but it still can be annoying when it happens.
