[Gameplay] Illaoi's Tentacles damage gets reduced by 75% and Zed's Q by 25%

I don't know if this is a codes problem or a description problem. Illaoi's Tentacles get reduced to 25% damage from the third tentacle hit onward while zed's Qs have the same damage from the second forward. (which is 25% reduction)
