Tristana Chroma charging more than full price?

So as seen in the image, Tristana's Chroma Pack lists its full price at 1560, but charges 1565 for it. I already own Tristana, but not Rocket Girl Tristana, so if anything the price should be below the "full price" listing, right, rather than higher?
