The Client is Borderline Unusable

For the past two weeks, maybe more, the entire right 1/4th of my client has been solid blank. Chat won't connect at all to lobbies, both pre-game and post-game, friends lists won't appear nor can I message anyone/receive messages (to the point where it does not register that anyone is on my friends list, including people I know were on my friends list), I cannot send lobby invites without physically typing in their summoner name and can't receive lobby invites at all...

But the store still works, I guess. Woo? This is after a full repair that supposedly detected nothing wrong.

This isn't counting the fact that being trapped in loading screen is still a thing, runes don't get changed or sometimes change themselves out of thin air, the rare but annoying bug where it doesn't register I have a skin selected, voice lines from base skins being used despite having legendary/ultimates equipped, and innumerable other bugs that range from game-breaking to just tragic.

Riot, with your "combined 200 years of experience", why are these bugs still happening? Development is hard, I get that, but the client as it is borders on non-functional.
