new mana regen per missing mana mastery
Is it me or it is simply not applied?
Been trying out new Ryze with utility masteries an no mana regen per missing mana seems to be applied.

It gives you the mana directly rather than adding to your mp5. Kinda silly.
They're not.
This mastery feels bugged because Chalice and Veigar's passive make modifications to the base mana regen stat. Test this for yourself in-game with Chalice. As you use mana, your mana regen should increase based on the amount of missing mana and it should be visible in the mana resource bar.
If Meditation functions differently, Riot needs to let us know ASAP; this is confusing. I played a few games as support with this mastery and didn't see a change in mana regen regardless of how much mana I had (Not in the visual resource indicator or the stats readout when you click your champion portrait).
