zigs graphic bug and talon bug with e

there was a graphics bug were it showed the vision symbol over ziggs like we had vision of him from a jinx zap but it stayed up including the sound for far longer then the actual effect it stayed up even when he walked into fog of war and didn't actually give us any vision it randomly stopped after about 3 mins. with talon there was a bug with his e i have it on smart cast and i could not cast it when there were champoins to0 close together basically overlapping i had no problem using it on a single target but if they were bunched in a team fight i couldn't E into them it happened multiple times and no it wasn't on cool down.
