Sion Game Play Bug

1. Was in ARAM playing a Sion and had my Q and R stop working
2. Was able to type and communicate to team with no issues
3. W and E were functional.
4. Happened after Sion death mid game. Experienced it during a resurrection and then stayed for the remainder.

First time experiencing this bug. Was not present in prior patch.
