[GAMEPLAY] Lucian using q twice

I do not know how this happened, i might have hit q twice in a short amount of time, but there are definitely two qs and the cd does reset and use mana twice. http://plays.tv/video/59037bac7fdaaeaa21/lucian-bug Edit: Tried pressing q twice, and it didn't work, so i have no idea what caused this bug
