2 Bugs 1 Aram?

So I played an Aram just now and I encountered 2 things that seemed very off.

First the most noticeable and definitely a bug:

I charged at a Viktor in Zhonyas effect as Hecarim and still displaced him. He was pushed by the Hec E he didn't take damage though just displaced while in hourglass. Pushed him into our team while he was golden basically making it impossible to escape.

The second was watching an Ekko place his W down mid, throw a snowball and went in on it, going past his W when in snowball form with an enemy inside the W. The stun went off as he was passing by in snowball form and he proceeded to kill someone else as the team followed up on the now stunned champion. So I don't know if it is a bug or not if a snowballing ekko can pass through his W and still stun someone.
