getting error 183

hey im getting the error 183 bug. ive looked through the forums and most ppl say update your video card drivers but mine are 100% up to date. also most people said they get the crash during gameplay but mine only happens right as the nexus explodes.

might be unrelated but i also get a bug when i use my streaming app. i use nvidia shadowplay to stream on twitch and today when i used it my game started bugging out. my game looked fine but the hud (map skills items) started flickering. turning off the stream fixed it but turning it back on started it again.
