Rengar HUD Bug

Every game I've started recently as everyone's favorite cat to hate, I get a variety of HUD bugs.

At first it was no health bars or cooldowns, then it had a buggy overview window that wouldn't close, last game it let me start without a bug, but mid gank my abilities stopped working and I had to restart my computer.
