[Gameplay] Draven Ult Icon Bug

I was playing a game with a Draven and I told him to ult as I saw the green circle was there. He told me that he used it and it was blocked by Yasuo (Don't know if it was first spin or going back). The green circle was still highlighted though. Unless our Draven was on drugs, that is a bug that is not very fun for teammates of the Draven. It could be unrelated to Draven or Yasuo entirely, but it still shouldn't be left untouched.

Edit:This isn't just with Draven. My brother was playing as Sion and the same thing happened. Wasn't this supposedly fixed in 5.4? If it was, it didn't work.
